6lbs Ago

I have been with 360 fitness club  since April 2014 but I rarely workout because I need to go to Makati just to exercise. I dread going to the gym and commuting from BGC to Makati makes it more dreadful.  I usually go to the gym on Thursdays because I love the Body Balance class(I love it that much that I was willing to go through the hassle of commuting.) Come end of September, a promo at the 360 Fitness Club The Fort was offered, I think it was 40%off for Annual membership. My friend and I decided to avail this promo. I started to work out consistently. 3 times a week on thr average. After almost 6 months, I only lost 6 lbs! Talk about slow progress. I  get frustrated because the numbers on my scale won't go down! I thought it's probably because I don't go on a strict diet(because  I love food, making them and eating them).
Last weekend, we went to Palaui island. Of course, I had my picture taken! Haha. When I saw my photo, I was surprised to see how much my body has improved compared to my El Nido photo last June 2014. Maybe it's not just about what the scale is telling me after all. ;) Progress is still progress, no matter how small. :)

From The Mountains to the Seas. :)

I have been to a number of places last year. Thanks to my carefree 2014. LOL. Though I was not able to save a lot last year, I was able to gain experiences, beautiful memories and lots of weight. hahaha.

January 2014: Baler (my 2nd time)

March 2014: Malaysia and Laos

May 2014: Sagada

June 2014: El Nido, Palawan

October 2014: Maniwaya, Marinduque (I was able to experience driving a jetski and riding a speed boat!)

November 2014: Puerto Princesa Palawan (My Anniversary gift for Nanay and Tatay. I was just there to chaperone them. haha. :D )

And lastly, salamat sa aking reliable bag na hindi pa sumusuko sa kin at kasama ko lagi sa byahe! hahaha.

2015!

Here we are again, new year which means new blank pages of our lives to write. As I have mentioned before, I do not do resolutions. I set goals.
I have a confession to make, I have been procrastinating for the past two years. I feel like my life is all over the place. I been living carefree. Although I did not regret the time I have spent doing anything I want and not thinking too much about my long term goals, I think that it's time for me to get back on track and accomplish the goals that I have set in the past years. :) So what are these goals? Actually, I am still reviewing my past list of goals. Hahaha. So I have not listed my goals for this year yet. =)) I know. Not a good start. haha.
